座落于中国江苏省苏州市的原苏州市第三律师事务所，于1994年更名为苏州东吴律师事务所，隶属于苏州大学法学院，2000年11月转制为合作制律师事务所更名为江苏苏州苏吴律师事务所，2004年5月更名为江苏苏州百年东吴律师事务所，2008年10月转制为普通合伙制律师事务所并正式更名为江苏百年东吴律师事务所。

    江苏百年东吴律师事务所现有执业律师17名，律师助理及行政工作人员10名。

    本所律师更具深厚的法学专业知识和丰富的法律实践经验，本所律师均来自苏州大学、华东政法学院、中国政法大学、北京大学、中国人民大学、西南政法大学等全国著名院校；多名律师具教授、副教授和高级律师职称，具有法学博士学位的律师4名，具有法律硕士学位的律师8名，从国外及境外留学回来的律师5名。

Introduction to Jiangsu Century’s Dongwu Law Firm

Jiangsu Century’s Law Firm was founded in 1986, with name of No. 3 Law Firm of Suzhou. It is one of the oldest and biggest law firm in Suzhou. It was merged by Soochow University and renamed as Soochow Law Firm in 1994 , and became a cooperative law firm and changed its name to Suwu Law Firm in 2000. It was renamed as Soochow Century’s Law Firm in 2004. It became a general partnership law firm and formally changed its name to Jiangsu Century’s Law Firm in October 2008.

We have a high quality term of lawyers. We currently have 17 certified lawyers and 10 administrative assistants. And all of our lawyers possess plenty legal practice experiences and graduated at famous law school of China, such as Soochow University, China University of Politics Science and Law, East China University of Politics and Law, Peking Universtiy, People’s University of China, and so on. Half of our lawyers are professors and associate professors teaching law at famous universities. Currently, we have 4 lawyers with Ph.D. degree, 8 lawyers with Master degree, and 5 lawyers with studying abroad experiences.

Our goal is to develop our law firm into a modern professional law firm, which can keep in line with international standards. Honesty, credit, efficiency and quality will always be the aim we pursue when providing legal services.
